I have been stressed lately. Yesterday I woke up on the wrong side of the bed (the stress build up was real) and wanted changing my whole room. I took the whole day moving tables, shelves and TVs (a whole room make over TvT). After, I felt tired, hungry, dirty and nasty, but i guess that's what i was trying to do release stress. I feel better today but....
