I was taught to brush at least twice a day. But a few years ago I found a friend that told me they only brush once a day. I was pretty surprised. Because i cared, I tried my best to convince them to brush twice but it was fail. Their habit of brushing only once a day is too strong. At the end it was like if i asked "did you brush twice today?" they will do it right a way and if i don't ask they will go back to once a day. So, I gave up.
Then a few days ago another friend of my said they only brush once a day.
I'm totally worried about their teeth! x3x
