Having a good sleep is very important. There are days that my lower
back hurt so much it [I sound like a old man] wakes me up and I just end
up having a 5 or 6 hour sleep. The whole day goes with out energy and
my I won't be very productive that day.

Lately I been trying to
give myself more time in bed (so he said). I try to sleep for a good 8
hours. I feel like when i do wake up I have the energy to be productive
and creative o3o! Like right now, I think i'm going to go make curry for the whole house!
